• Order Verification: Every order is verified to ensure delivery and billing accuracy.
• Quality Check: Multi-point technical inspection conducted before packaging.
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend ship Monday or Tuesday.
• Holidays: May experience a 1-day dispatch delay during major national holidays.

✅ We Ship To:

• All 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
• Residential addresses with truck road accessibility.
• Commercial facilities and business locations.

❌ We Do NOT Ship To:

• International destinations (USA only at this time).
• PO Boxes for bike shipments (federal regulations require physical addresses for lithium-battery vehicles).
• Freight forwarders without prior written verification.

Special Delivery Protocol & Signature Required

The freight carrier will contact you via phone or SMS prior to delivery to schedule an agreed delivery appointment window. Please inspect the crate exterior before signing the delivery receipt.

Shipping Insurance

All orders are automatically 100% insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit. If an issue arises, Bike Bee handles the claim directly with the carrier and dispatches a replacement or full refund.

Shipping Delays

While over 96% of orders arrive within 7 days, occasional delays may happen due to severe weather events, national carrier holiday volumes, or remote rural delivery routes.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Address changes and cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of order placement. Once shipped, addresses cannot be modified and standard return policies apply.
