1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Bike Bee ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 430 W Ventura St, Dinuba, CA 93618, USA.

2. Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase vehicles on this site.
  • Riders must be at least 16 years old and operate under adult supervision where required.
  • You must have legal capacity to form binding contracts under US law.

3. Product Information & Use

3.1 Off-Road Use Only Disclaimer

⚠️ CRITICAL SAFETY NOTICE: THE PRODUCTS SOLD BY BIKE BEE ARE DESIGNED EXCLUSIVELY FOR OFF-ROAD USE. THESE VEHICLES ARE NOT STREET LEGAL IN MOST STATES AND JURISDICTIONS.

  • Intended for private property with owner permission and designated OHV recreational areas only.
  • Operation on public highways, streets, or sidewalks is strictly prohibited and may violate local and state laws.
  • Check with your local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and law enforcement regarding helmet laws and trail registrations.

3.2 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product specifications and descriptions. However, real-world range, acceleration, and top speed vary based on rider weight, terrain, tire pressure, and riding style.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, and major credit cards.
  • Applicable sales and use taxes are calculated and collected at checkout based on delivery address.

5. Orders and Cancellations

  • Free cancellation within 2 hours of order placement.
  • After 2 hours, orders enter freight dispatch and are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or fraud alerts.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy: Free 7-day shipping to all 50 states, 24–48h processing, adult signature required.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy: 30-day money-back guarantee on unridden bikes, 100-day warranty on motor, battery, controller, and frame.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All site content (text, graphics, logos, images) is property of Bike Bee. "Sur-Ron" and "Light Bee" are registered trademarks of their respective brand owners and used for descriptive identification.

9. User Conduct and Account Security

You agree not to use the site for illegal purposes, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated scrapers without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIKE BEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

Off-road riding carries inherent risks of physical injury. You knowingly assume all risks associated with operating vehicles purchased from Bike Bee.

11. 100-Day Limited Warranty

Bike Bee provides a 100-day limited warranty covering factory defects in the motor, lithium battery pack, controller, and main frame. Excludes normal wear and tear, crashes, water submergence, or unauthorized modifications.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Mandatory Binding Arbitration: You and Bike Bee agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Tulare County, California.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
